We are committed to a transparent and thorough application process to ensure that each proposal is carefully evaluated. Below is an outline of the steps and timeline involved in the approval of your grant application:
Once you complete and submit your application form, our team will verify that all required fields and documents are provided. Incomplete applications may not be considered, so please ensure all information is accurate.
During this phase, our review committee will evaluate your proposal based on eligibility, alignment with our mission, and the potential impact of your project. Applications that meet our criteria will proceed to the next stage.
Proposals that pass the initial review are subjected to a more detailed assessment. Our team will analyze the project’s feasibility, sustainability, and budget. We may reach out to request additional information or clarification during this phase.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview or presentation to further discuss their project. This is an opportunity to provide in-depth insights into your proposal and answer any questions our committee may have.
After the detailed assessment and interviews, our board of directors will make the final funding decisions. Successful applicants will be notified via email, and a grant agreement will be prepared for signature.
Upon signing the grant agreement, funds will be disbursed according to the agreed schedule. You will be required to submit regular progress reports to ensure the grant is being used effectively.
The entire application process typically takes between 8 to 12 weeks from submission to final decision. We appreciate your patience as we carefully consider each proposal.
Note: Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 12 weeks, please assume that your application was not selected for funding at this time.
